This machine executes various scans (UDP/TCP/ICMP, etc.) to measure IP-ID allocation patterns in IPv4 across the internet. These measurements are part of Alexander Weis's bachelor's thesis at TU Dresden.They are performed using the IP addresses 141.76.94.12 and 141.76.94.15.
